Returns

All returns must be authorized by a member of our team within 15 days of receiving your order. Your return will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Contact us at commande@billesetbijoux.com for authorization.

Important - If the return is authorized, you will be given a return address. Since our shipments are made through Amazon, you cannot make a return directly to their warehouse, as your purchase was made on ww.billesetbijoux.com.

Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee may be charged at the time of refund, for the return of material that has been opened, separated or received broken.

No exchange possible. 

Returned items will be refunded upon receipt, using the same payment method used for the original order.
