You can return an item that does not suit you. Your return must be authorized by a member of our team within 15 days of receiving your order. Your return will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
No exchange possible. Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for the return of material that has been opened, separated or received broken.
Returned items will be refunded upon receipt, using the same payment method as the original order. If your order was shipped through Amazon Canada, it will be possible to make the return request with them directly on www.amazon.ca
